FITNESS

 

Exercise also combats health conditions, improves mood, better sleep, and boosts energy. This is not a "no pain no gain" approach, rather an exercise plan tailored specifically for you based on your strength, capability, and time restraints. Whether your preferred place to exercise is at home or health club and method are weights, resistance bands, isometrics, etc., I will help you make your exercise program enjoyable, results-driven, and a regular part of your life. You will have my full support including bi-weekly check-ins and

daily accessibility when needed.

This all-inclusive package starts you off with the right mental preparation for your total healthy lifestyle transformation journey. We will create health and wellness plan with action steps to achieve your goals based on where you are today and where you see yourself tomorrow. Finally a fitness plan tailored specifically for you based on your strength, capability, and time restraints. As a team, our goal is to make your experience enjoyable, results-driven, and make lifestyle changes a regular part of your life.

Group Session

Group coaching sessions are with a minimum of 6 but no more than 10 clients for four sessions per month (one per week). Corporate events will consist of one 60 minute session.  We'll cover the following topics: 

  • Gut Health - as we get older, our tolerance for some foods and nutrients increase while others decrease.  You'll learn the importance of good gut health and the impact it has on your overall health.

  • Six-Steps to a Healthy Life - let's get your mindset positive and ready for a healthy lifestyle transformation. You will forget why you can't do something, envision what you want to be based on your goals, strengthen your mind-body connection, self-discipline and regimen, put your health plan together, and understand the importance of rest and re-calibration.

  • Nutrition - you will learn how to effectively manage your food intake and the impact they have on your digestive process. 

  • Exercise -  finding the perfect exercise program for you that is enjoyable, results-driven, and sustainable. It's not just toning your body rather the long-term health benefits you will enjoy.
